    Chankanaab National Park

Mountains. Did not have my buoyancy under control. underweighted. sea sick and very nervous. underwater camera broke and going down to 80 ft was very much in my head. saw lobster and giant sea turtle. many schools of fish and marine life. Steve: 18 lbs Jenna: 12 lbs Steve wore wetsuit and Jenna did not. Very salty which meant need for more weight.

    Playa Del Carmen

really big halocline beautiful lights fairly chilly down there but really spooky to swim in the halo cline.... lots of dark caves, very spooky at times, but thrilling. dive lights are a must. sometimes could not see the dive master in front of me, had to have light. 3m wetsuit was great.
