Long (about an hour) bumpy boat ride out to Manta Point - was a bit unsure how we were going to survive the trip, but weather was nice and sunny (eventually). Got there and it was VERY crowded with dive boats but once in the water it was pretty nice (a bit colder than yesterday though). This dive there was quite a bit of surge but nothing too bad. And the MANTAS were awesome!! Two Mantas swum right over the top of me and it wasn't me diving badly - they were just really curious. Far and away the best Manta experience I've had. Changed to Big Boy tank but didn't drop any weights - this would prove problematic with buoyancy but couldn't be stuffed pfaffing about - will learn for future.

Started dive very near tall island wall. Went down to a small cave/opening, saw a small shark swimming around. Continued along to a wall-like area. Found a resting (nurse?) shark, nearly two meters long. Also saw a very lazy turtle chilling in some coral. Just about 30 minutes into the dive, current began picking up dramatically. It soon became impossible to swim against, and we were forced to grab hold of rocks on the bottom. After a minute we signaled up and ascended. The ascent was even a bit hairy, no reference ascent while the water was going crazy around us.

extrem viele Boote mit Tauchern, viel zu überlaufen, abwechselnde Warm- und Kaltwasserströmungen. 193€ für 4 TG 2 Mantas, 13 Blue spotted String rays auf einem Haufen, 4 große Boxfishes, Triggerfishes, Trumpetfishes, Ghost Pipefishes, Porcupinefish

Mola Mola ! c'est pas encore la saison, mais enfin il y en avait un. Trés belle plongée dans une baie pleine de vie; raie pastenague, Mola, Tortue, anges empereurs, tricot rayé, nudibranch, langouste,... Christophe a fait le bouchon en début de plongée

Mit første dyk som Padi dykker. Så rigtig mange Mantas. Op mod 25 stk. Det var rigtigt flot at dykke med disse store dyr. Det var faktisk bedst at snorkle med dem
