This time, me and dad ventured from the bridge, to the bow, and back. We did go a little deeper, and at one point, stood on the ocean floor. There were tons of starfish and sand dollars, on the ocean floor. On the way back, a Sunfish decided to make an appearance. - HMCS Saguenay - Sand Dollars - Starfish - Sunfish

Me and Dad drove up to Lunenburg, NS. and crashed at Drew's and Karl's cottage. The whole purpose of this weekend trip was to dive the HMCS Saguenay. The Saguenay was sank in 1992, and is roughly 366 feet in length. This wreck can be penetrated from the bow, all the way down the hull, ending at the stern. Although you could easily swim in the wreck, me and dad decided that staying on the outside was probably a smart decision. Me and dad dove the Bridge, around the bow, and back. - HMCS Saguenay

I participated in the Tanker's Scuba Club River Clean Up. There were about 30 divers in total. Since there was a shortage of instructors, I was chosen to head a group of two. Again, diving in the Oromocto river is challenging enough without having to worry about two other people. Before we got in, Frank noticed that there was something wrong with his BC. I told him that if anything happens, let go of your weights and return to the surface. On our first attempt, we all descended, but no one could find one another; even though we were probably a foot away from one another. When we returned to the surface, Frank said he had to drop his weights because his BC wasn't inflating. This left me and Jordan. We had to hold each other's hands on the descent. Once we got to the bottom it was fine, and the dive was a great success. We picked up a bunch of trash. - Eels - Catfish - Trash
