DiveRACE Liveaboard, Thaïlande

Very basic and badly maintained so called "luxury" cabin, decent dive operation

We dived the Similans in Nov 2016. This is certainly not a luxury liveaboard. Tired decor in cabin, a mattress to sleep on, badly leaking pipework in bathroom. The dive operation is decent with well organised dive deck, good instructors and helpful crew. The Similans were generally pleasant but pretty average tropical reef diving, though Richelieu Rock was a nice dive. Very crowded dive sites. Food OK but not great for vegetarians.

Awesome Liveaboard with Fantastic Crew

The liveaboard is well furnished and i took the twin luxury cabin for my trip. The cabin came with an attached bathroom for privacy and its very own balcony!!! The beds were very comfortable and the linen used were better than the other liveaboards that i have been too. Food was fantastic too. I was seated at the dining area and food was served to us. In fact, there was a huge variety that i enjoyed very meal on board. The boat was very spacious, especially at the sun deck. It even came with a massage room where i had a 1 hour massage by the thai crew. Life at its best. During surface interval, guests were also having fun with the giant inflatables! I could see that the diving equipment were new and well kept as my friend rented a set for diving. The dive crew and boat crew were very helpful and service minded too. Always helping and ensuring that all divers are enjoying themselves. I only wished that our trip could be longer. I will be back!!!
