Safety conscious operator but probably too much for experienced divers

I dived with these guys three times on a boat out of Port Douglas. They cater for a wide variety of customers and I chose them as wanted to get my wife a snorkel too. In truth I probably should have went with an operation for more experienced divers as the dives were very conservative and all were 42 minutes. The last one was only to about 15 metres and I surfaced with 110 bar or so in my bottle so could have went a bit longer. I realise they have to be responsible and safety is paramount but I felt very constrained and the buddy I got was next to useless. Well organised , guide Marcus was good , and boat staff friendly except skipper who was a bit curt and sharp. In summary , by no means bad at all but look elsewhere if you are experienced and want a little more freedom.
