Second dive of the day. A really nice surprise to find a shipwreck so shallow and close to the shore! The San Luciano shipwreck is very well preserved, a shallow dive and lots of places to penetrate and admire the sea life around the ship. As we descended, we managed to identify the rudder post and the propeller axis. As we made our way around the ship, we found lots of puffer fish and surgeonfish schools. The bridge and the wheel are easily identifiable towards the end of the dive. No current and great visibility. Real nice easy dive.

Beach dive off club de yates. the actual site is called Animas due to a rock formation with close with that name. A long swim to reach the decent point. Visibility was good and water temperature great (I kind of forgot the feeling of diving in warm water) Easy dive, some current that got us off route at the beginning. DM had to go out to get navigation bearings. Reef was scarce but other sea life abundant, We saw large schools of puffer fish, surgeonfish, eels, rays and sand rays. This was Denise's first dive after a while and she was very good. Confident and in control of her own dive.

First dive of the year 2013!!! Also first dive with Aylin and Dulce who completed the discovery scuba training for this dive. First dive with the new Hero2 camera. Got new pictures/videos out of it. First dive with my new BC. Great result. Had to get used to the "pushing" effect but I really liked it. Regarding the site. this was my 2nd beach entry ever, have to get use to it. Specifically to put the fin in the water. Saw many puffer fish, but visibility was not very good. Spent most of the time as safety acting diver for Aylin & Dulce. I really, really enjoyed it.

Best Diving Shop in Manzanillo

My daughter and I booked 2 days of diving with Terry. I have some diving experience but was a bit worried about my daughter since she was going back to the water after a long break. Well, Terry managed the whole thing and the experience was fantastic. The first day (2 dives) Carlos was our DM and he did a fantastic job, not only adapting the dives to make sure they were safe and also fun. He even managed to snap a few great pictures and video of us diving. Thanks a lot, Carlos! Really appreciated. The second day, Terry took care of us, everything was ready, gear, boat, etc. we had two great dives including the San Luciano shipwreck that my daughter really wanted to see. After the dives, Carlos and Terry took care of everything, the gear, the tanks, etc. In general a great experience, next time in Manzanillo this is definitely our go-to site for more diving!
