First open water dive for Open Water Certification. Worked on skills. Saw various sponges, fan coral, elk horn. Also saw interesting nudibranches & common fish.

Great dive centre for independent divers

Martin and Liesle run the Brac Scuba Shack which is a new operation on Cayman Brac. It's smaller than Reef Divers which means you have the guides mostly to yourself which feels like a luxury when other boats can go out with 20+ divers. This makes for a nice and relaxing dive and the guides were good at spotting and pointing out sea life. If you prefer the independent option when it comes to diving then the Brac Scuba Shack is an ideal option.

Top Notch Professional Service - Laid Back Attitude

My son and I completed our Open Water Certification with them and couldn't be more pleased. They were patient, accommodating and very reasonably priced. Personalized service too, no mob scene to deal with on the boat or in the water. We feel we couldn't have made a better choice, and, based on comments we heard from fellow divers on the Brac, our experience was markedly better and more personalized than we would have had using the other shop on the island.
